Yoga has been in my life now for 30 years, 20 years as a Yoga Teacher, Breath Therapy & Meditation Coach and for the last 7 years a Yogalates Teacher Trainer. I am passionate about sharing breathing, meditation, movement and alignment of the body in postures (Asana) so you can experience the strength (Stirrha) and peace (Sukkha) this practice offers.

For me Yoga is much more than postures, it's everyday life practicing simple tools and self awareness so we transform and heal. I love being a part of your Yoga journey - finding the peace within, awake and aware so we can make conscious choices to create our own healthy and happy life, with an inner sense of trust and strength to move through whatever challenges we may be faced with.

My teachings are recognised by physiotherapists, chiropractors and exercise physiologists as having an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, conditions, special needs and injury rehabilitation. It's not just Yoga poses, I aim to provide an education for my students in their bodies and their breath.
